All artworks and handmade pieces are created with great care and attention. Because of their unique and original nature, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions about a piece before purchasing. If you are local, I am happy to arrange a visit so you can see the work in your own space before deciding.
Damaged in Transit
Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please:
Photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately, including any visible damage.
Contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your photos.
I will work with you to resolve the issue—either through an insurance claim with the courier or, where possible, repair or replacement.
